Learning book

At Westbere Preschool we observe, document and track the unique development of your child using the online learning book system.

This allows parents/carers secure password protected access to their child’s observations at any time convenient to them. Our trained and experienced staff use comments, photo’s and video footage to give you a special insight into the learning and development of your child. The observations are carefully linked to each area of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum.

The system allows parents and carers to comment on observations and add information about any achievements made or milestones reached at home. We pride ourselves on our friendly and close relationship with parents and this system is a valuable tool to enhance communication between the home and the setting.

A hardback keepsake book or digital download is available for parents to purchase when your child leaves for school. A lovely reminder of your child’s early experiences  and their educational journey through Westbere preschool.
